I have been having a lot of thoughts lately about neurodivergent and aloneness. I keep hearing about friends with ADHD or autism who are mostly alone.

Not necessarily lonely, but often alone. And it keeps coming up in the sense of being OK with being alone. As in they have to explain that they are not lonely even if they are alone. Like often they seek being alone.

@FinalGirl@blackqueer.life I know you'll probably add to this but just want to say that I personally isolate myself out of trauma response, but I often yearn to be social. I'm not okay being alone as often as I am. It sucks.

@FinalGirl@blackqueer.life also worth noting that I am not certain where on the spectrum I land but I hold suspicion of autism in addition to ADHD.
