Are MetPol pleased with themselves?
Doing a good job job keeping Britain safe?
Are these cops speeding comfortably in their beds every night?
How courageous and brave they are - arresting pensioners, magistrates, priests, elderly women in a great many cases, ‘to keep Britain safe’
Or are they nothing more than conscienceless automatons ‘just following orders’
Meanwhile thugs, bullies, racists, and the majority accused of or with records of domestic violence or sexual assault continue to intimidate and threaten immigrants held in various accomodation units around the country, and it’s perfectly fine.
Or those taking part in large marches with bands, while waving flags and supporting proscribed paramilitary organisations like the UVF [Ulster Volunteer Force] can continue to do so, and not a single one will be arrested or charged with supporting terrorism.
Carry a placard, and sit silently, and you are so, so dangerous…….
Shame on Labour. Shame on the police. Shame on their neighbours and families for supporting them in this.

@HarriettMB@beige.party What a day of shame for the metropolitan police. An organization with an over representation of rapists and sexual offenders, domestic abusers and racists in its ranks. Arresting peaceful protesters many of them pensioners who are passionate about social justice and who want to stop a genocide. The protesters are people of conscience. The politicians and police officers who allow this to happen are beyond contempt.
@HarriettMB@beige.party I hear there was only one single arrest from the Nuneaton Fash Parade that was going on at the same time. These "concerned citizens" were making racist noises (I think you can imagine what sort) at passing Nigerian man the other day...
@Lazarou@mastodon.social I’ve just read a report when someone at a racist protest was briefly detained and then given a ‘community order notice’. It seems to me the fash are being treated very differently than people carrying a poster and not endorsing violence in any way. Starmer and his ministers are taking the UK on a very dark and dangerous path indeed, given their current close relationship with Donald Trump and this American administration.
