A new day. A new chance to succeed.
I'm losing my race with sunrise, but I have time to catch up. I can take a moment to just sit with myself and consider the day ahead.
I find it difficult. This slowing down. Being in the moment. Containing the froth sloshing within.
Some days are easier than others. Some feel like trying to stop the pot from boiling over after it's already drenched the stove top.
But this morning feels like a good day.
