I've always been stunned that people on Star Trek don't wear shorts and t-shirts on the bridge. They're indoors. There's aircon. They're not going to get cold.

@anon_opin@mastodon.social they're inside, but the ship is in the cold vacuum of space. The bridge likely isn't cooked, but heated.
Now I highly doubt a cool future space travel tech would lose much efficiency with energy being diverted to generating heat. But maybe the ship is kept a touch colder for that reason?
