Always nice to have a new follower, but I like to have an idea of who’s in the audience if I post for “followers only” - which I do occasionally with more personal things.
My follows are open, and I get that some people are shy (I’m actually quite shy myse) but if we didn’t have any interaction yet, you don’t have any #introduction and not a single pinned post on your profile, then I’m not going to share personal info with you yet. Not to offend you, but to protect myself.
