I've been on an unexpected unfollowing spree.

Context: I follow cool, intelligent, informed, interesting people.

And yet my TL today has been all about people confessing all the ways they choose to use LLMs all the time. (And that's an instant unfollow.)

I was getting a lot of random spam that used # NHS buried among the other hashtags, presumably because millions of Brits and others follow that hashtag for news about the beloved health service, which is under constant political attack by those would would profit from its privatisation.
