Seems #Anthropic is still fighting users. Now you must use a carrier IP. Not work internet. Because of ToS. I think someone will take the business.

This has gotten better. I still have issues accessing #claude from Zscaler or Cloudflare WARP.
And it's not "the network". It's IP blocks or session checks from #anthropic . Probably to find account-sharing instances. Which would be fine if they were just a little smarter for enterprise / max customers.
