I was reading #AI output because people can’t help themselves I guess, and I suddenly thought Jesus fuck, this sounds like a man. And then, it hit me. Every large language model I’ve encountered sounded like a cis hetero man on the internet.

@WeirdWriter@caneandable.social LLMs are all trained on material scraped from the internet, and men have a habit of replying even when they have nothing cogent to add, increasing their share of available training text. Look, I’m a man, and I’m doing it right now!
