@Dr_Bombay@mstdn.social depends on how much faith you have in democracy, I suppose. I think I have a few responsibilities to my community, voting being one of them. Some countries don’t let you have time off to vote, are single parents surrendering to fascism because they don’t have time? In my country, some indigenous people don’t vote because they reject white rule and its institutions. Some people can’t vote because a cop found a joint on them once 15 years ago. Are they all villains? 🤷♂️
