The closest I can come to replicating this phenomenon is that I only need to enter "trump e" to get "Trump Epstein" on DuckDuckGo but I need to enter "trump ep" to get "Trump Epstein" on Google. Just entering "trump" as a search word does not bring up mention of Epstein on either of them for me. I also think that search results are hardly universal; they differ for different users.
