@volpeon@icy.wyvern.rip fuckups aside, the sheer amount of TIME it takes to do anything... holy shit. It just shows how desperate these companies are to "downsize their teams". They don't care if the customer experience gets worse. Saving one or two minimum wage bills per year is "worth it".
