@cazabon@mindly.social @nileane@nileane.fr For several years, I've been moving away from #bigtech ... Except #apple . I was still convincing myself that they were still OK, that convenience had a price, ...
That was until:
- I lost several purchases bought from Apple (purchasing is definitely not owning).
- Their so called "advanced data protection" miserably failed during my setup, corrupting ALL my emails, photos and documents. On THEIR cloud! Without my backups, I would have lost almost all my digital "life". That escalated up to their "Executive Liaison" people. I should have sued them!
- And now this?
Don't they have enough billions to show a minimum of decency?
