@jfayre@mstdn.ca and I are rewatching #StarTrekTheOriginalSeries and we just got to #AmocTime where Spock experiences Pon Farr. The audio description is somewhat flowery and prone to random editorializing. When Kirk and Spock square off for their fight, the narrator says, "They face one another like a Robin Hood and Little John." What could he have meant by that? We wondered. We also wonder how many more episodes it will take till another woman becomes hysterical and must be sedated.
