I perceive extroverts are extremely well taken care of when it comes to accessible exercise options, with group session this, personal training that, busy and popular gyms and facilities, team sports, athletics clubs, and so on.
what's less clear is how exercise accessibility is for introverts. I'm not going to make assumptions when I can ask:
anybody have experience of interpersonal/social barriers discouraging you from accessing or starting in the exercise you want?
