Summer days are pretty full of grandkid transport for dance, taking me to new parts of town. A #weightlifting workout happened at a new pool with a small weight room and a challenging elliptical machine. Some pool running to follow, and muscle cramps as they reawake.
Visited Blenderz, a garment and fabric recycler in their new location and got a good haul.
Enjoyed decaff Canadiano at an extremely cute café.
The only real downside is dealing with industrial traffic in all these industrial areas, where the studios exist.
