Random #sewing question on a welt on a vest. Are you also supposed to match the pattern on a welt (also some belts on the back), or is it better to not match it so it's obvious there is a welt or belt?

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org A contrasting fabric solves the matching problem. Also, including the darts will solve that problem of the vest billowing in that oversized fashion.
