plus it's styled like misskey so not exactly like default sharkey but that's just an aesthetic difference

I did a little digging in the settings, apparently aria does have a default react/like button!
`Settings/Note Display/Add "Like" to Note Action Menu
Not sure if you can actually change what the default react is, but still pretty neat
