Super Metroid has been a bit of a white whale for me. I've completed the two previous games in the series, both GBA Metroid games, and even the Wii ports of the first two Metroid Prime games - but not Super Metroid.
I think I just...missed the boat on Super Metroid due to not having owned an SNES. I then made the mistake of wanting to play it on portable devices, when I really need to be able to play with a mark-able map at hand.
I've decided to give it another go, on RetroArch+bsnes on PC.
