And, yes, I concede that we are clearly heading down the road where many more Luigis could potentially be produced. In fact, so much has changed in the past 3 months that, for me, it defies comprehension. Those who are now in power are gleefully upending any and all things that many of us once thought were sacrosanct. And nobody is throwing themselves on the gearsof the machinery to even slow it down. So, yes, I can see how a Luigi could happen, and how we’re probably in for a whole lot more of that in the near future. Every day, little by little, humanity is dying.

I've been following this thread, occasionally boosting Ben's posts.At this point, I have no argument against this. And, yes, I concede that we are clearly heading down the road where many more Luigis could potentially be produced.
But this gave me pause. Why or not can the same thinking be applied to rationalize events in #Gaza & #Palestine?nobody is throwing themselves on the gears of the machinery to even slow it down.
