I'm not certain what country you're from, but there is quite a debate in the USA about the interpretation of our #2ndAmendment including on our SCOTUS ergo that's why a clarifying amendment would help save our children imo.

In addition to that: Do the U.S. really need to be in company of (the only) states guaranteeing the right to keep & bear arms like: The Czech Republic, Guatemala, Ukraine, Mexico, the Philippines and Yemen???
