A pair of what might be cameras or emergency warning lights, I dunno, I don't work there, which are circular with a dark centre, lending them the appearance of googly eyes. They are positioned on a pillar at Waverley station, next to a sign for platform 11. There is a fixing below them that looks like a worried frown (think Beaker in the Muppets).
