The day you get to take the mask off and be the person you are, life changes.
It was just this year, at 51 years old I looked in a mirror and was me, the person I recognized.
When I started to heal the 6 year old who was tossed into the mix I didn’t have to mask, I am proud of ME, you don’t like it, fuck right off.
The world almost broke me, I am thankful it didn’t.
What masking did do is allow me to learn how to not be, how to love, how to find kindness, how to serve, how to be at peace.
And everyday I have to remind myself of this.

Things I learned to do today:
Make a Deutsch 4 pin connector! I am going to take the time to rewire my speaker bar again with this and build a second one for 2 2 pin (black and red) for fused power anywhere on the trike. Mostly to have a couple SAE connectors at the ready where I wish they were.

Just had a support call with a client. Sunday made the most sense so I took the time to get things together.
This client is a Family/Estate client and the age of the primary systems are 82 and 89 years old. Both of them are very experienced and had really good questions.
The biggest and only issue they have is older peripherals not working like they did. No issue really, just training and patience.
Using the zoom function was a huge win for them, simple keyboard shortcuts are hard for them with a Mighty Mouse and dell keyboard. Had to teach them the alt key was the apple key. No one told them the difference before.
Every fucking day I ask the question: how can you prove this is not bias?
Every day at 4 AI companies over 2 years, not one of them could reasonably prove bias was accounted for.

Think I figured out the issue. The PINDA is way off. Gotta get that fixed.
Going through the 3d printer self tests and I can say it’s alive and so far so good.
I got a sealed spool of PLA to do some first layer tests and to see if my nozzle needs some love.
Guess I should download some software. Of course that means I will look at upgrades:/

I have gotten the printer tightened up and the belts tensioned properly. I can turn it on and see if I can get some heat on the nozzle to swap it.
I also got another patch sewn on some scrap. I may go to the shop tomorrow to see about a new machine.

Busy day, been up for a bit but another positive sleep night!
Car show had some nice Mustangs and a few other cars of merit. If you know me, you know I am a Ford guy but I do enjoy seeing nice cars even if they are Chevy’s 🤣
. I also rode a little loop through the highlands to the Harley shop to check in. It’s weird, they haven’t tried to sell me a new bike in like 4 visits this summer.
