I'm not sure if you can block someone who you've already unfollowed, but I'd think so, especially since they've favourited your post. So navigate to the notification that told you of the favourite, and you should be able to block.

Extreme heat warning starts at noon today, and is set to go until 9:00 PM on August 13. So far, the high for today is said to be 32°C (89.6°F), and that's without the heat index / humidity. That is likely to take the feels-like temps into the 40's or 100's.
