The young of the "coua cristata" bears a phosphorescent mark that glows in the dark inside his mouth. This helps the parents feed them since they make the nest at the bottom of deep dark holes in hollow trees so that they're not seen or heard by predators. This protects the chicks and helps parents see them. That mark disappears when the chick reaches adulthood.

Had this convo with a mal friend of mine and he was telling me he's literally the only male in his entire department at work. All leadership, all middle management, all co-workers are all women. He said not only is this great job security but the whole department runs like a well oiled machine.
