The charger works just fine except the float voltage is about 13.15VDC, which is a bit low. (Shouldn't it be a bit closer to 13.8?)
So far, I can't find any schematic or circuit explanation.
I'll take any advice to reverse engineer this...measure voltages at various components...determine where I could change the value of a resistor or other component so that the float voltage is raised to the proper level.

TomKrajci 🇺🇦 🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️I have to modify my tactics to better protect the aspen saplings on my hill.
Two aspen saplings in a wire mesh cage that protects them from deer and elk, but it doesn't protect them from chipmunks and other small animals that periodically strip them of leaves.
The sapling on the left has been trying to grow for years, but gets mown down every season. The very young sapling on the right shows very large leaves and has doubled in height in two months.
If they survive next spring, I will cover this cage with very tight wire mesh to keep out the small animals.

The first photo is a look along the horizon. Dawn is breaking, but the full moon is bright enough to put detail on the foreground trees. Orion is in the right half of the frame.
The second photo is a framing up higher in the sky. This wide-angle lens now captures Jupiter, Venus, Orion, Auriga (upper left) and the Hyades in Taurus (upper edge, just right of center)
BTW, Jupiter and Venus are in the constellation Gemini.
