Can the Sec of State confirm that it us now a crime in Britain to tell potential offensive jokes and face armed arrest?"

The problem with her argument is

She starts e saying, quite seriously, that #Linehan's tweets were based on "gender critical theory"

And then says, no, don't worry, it was only a joke

You can't have it both ways

Either he was serious throughout, or he was joking throughout..
