Often they don't really look like twins but then sometimes, just sometimes. Even their paws are mirrored! 💕

#Cats

A somewhat strangely coloured but perfectly nice photo of two cats lounging side to side, shoulders touching. They are a white and brown classic tabby and a black and white tuxedo cat, and both have their left front paw curled under their chests and the right in front. They're lounging on a quilted pillowcase laid flat on a gray wood grain desk, both looking in the same direction, ears swivelled to listen to sounds neighbours are making. Despite the very different coloured fur, their skulls and eyes are remarkably similar in shape, and they do indeed look like brothers. Blue fading sunlight and warm lamplight from inside have confused the camera, so the white balance is a bit off.

I'm pretty sure both Lilac by #Katatonia and Restless Boy by #PainOfSalvation are using a sample of a floppy disk drive and I find that interesting. It is a pleasant sound. Let me know if I'm mistaken...

My sister and @pauljrobinson@mastodon.me.uk have these coasters, and I find it so hard to put things on them. Something in my lizard brain rebels.

A silicone coaster realistically shaped and decorated like a 3.5” floppy disk.

The infuriating and stupid public transport slogan “See it, Say it, Sorted” is far better in Latin. Translated with the correct grammar, imperatives and participle, it comes out as the wonderfully appropriate: Vide, Dic, Rectum. (The Oldie)
