Oki so new #introduction time, as my old one is from a year ago! :D

I really need a flat bottom wok

I've been stir frying, sautéeing and doing all of my pan related cooking with my trusty flat stainless steel pan for a decade now.

But it has issues.

Like... Tossing things isn't quite as comfy with a flat bottom as it is with a round bottom. Ofc a flat bottom wok has a flat bottom, but only a wee bit.

But I need more room AND there are techniques I can't do with a Western style pan, no matter how much I love using it ;_;

I like noodles :3

I don't eat noodles anywhere near as often as tofu and rice

But recently, I have been having tofu with noodles

Thicc noodle good, I like thic :3 They r rly gud, delicious even

But thin noodle also good

I wish I could learn even some basic Mandarin ;_;

But it's kinda hard to do without next to no exposure.

Like, out of East Asian languages, Japanese is relatively easy to pick up, as there's quite a lot of Japanese media available here and pronunciation kind of fits our native pronunciation (to a degree, not perfectly lol)

But Mandarin is... I think the language sounds so cool, but I really struggle getting tones out of my mouth ;_;

I can hear tones, just suck at producing them...

I cry ;_;
