Surprisingly few tears and they peeled easily too. I have to say that this year's home made pickled shallots will have a rarity value mind you.

Woke up early so went for a 6 a.m. walk across the heath before it got too hot. The morning mist quickly evaporated and by 7 I was carrying the outer layer I’d needed an hour earlier. The heather is blooming lovely, I heard a Woodpecker, and saw some Great Tits <fnarr, fnarr>

That was very much of its time but not awful. Italy and Egypt were definitely trying to cash in on the Bond films' popularity at the time. The plot was certainly no worse than a Bond. Dialogue might have been less cheesy in the original rather than the English dub. Or maybe not.
Lots of contemporary aircraft and cars including a Comet, a VC10, and a Frog-eye Sprite 🙂🙂
