Woke up early so went for a 6 a.m. walk across the heath before it got too hot. The morning mist quickly evaporated and by 7 I was carrying the outer layer Iā€™d needed an hour earlier. The heather is blooming lovely, I heard a Woodpecker, and saw some Great Tits <fnarr, fnarr>
