Oxygen Absorber... what is it?

A small plastic folder that looks like those used for bandaids. It's almost square, 4 cm size and flat. It's white. There are writings and signs in a diagonal arrangement, which are blue on white and read Oxygen Absorber O-BUSTER A Chinese writing in red is on the same white stripe. A blue stripe is repeated a few times with white writings: Ne pas manger. Do not eat (and probably the same phrase in Korean and Japanese... I think).
