We are going through difficult and complicated circumstances, and we are stuck in Egypt. I have a back injury and need spinal fusion surgery. I need your support to continue my treatment and my son's treatment. He also needs more than one surgery to fully recover. Please don't abandon us in these difficult circumstances.
