Definitely need to live in the country, perhaps on a large estate or access to off road conditions to take advantage of such a rig.

Generally our roads on the hills are good just for the Piaggio Ape¹ which, being light, are pretty bad on mud (someone even mounted tires with tractor ribs on the back!), so that trackster must be fine.
