Naw, I don't think he's changed at all. At this point I'm just basically convinced Milley and Mattis told him flatly that they would simply "not give that order" every 3 days because the guy really isn't any different than he was last time in any other respect - I just think that now Hegseth and the Generals go "sure thing sir" instead of "I will absolutely not give that order."
And this isn't giving Mattis or Milley any love because they DID let Trump do warmonger shit. Just not...this.
