Today is the day. The war in Ukraine has lasted for as long as the Eastern front of WWII.
The Nazi Germany has fought less time with Soviet Union than Russian is fighting with Ukraine.
What felt in a childhood as a long period of time (1941-1945) now just... felt like ended up pretty quick.
