The worst fake NYC accent is that one that Meowth has. I have never heard ANYONE who sounds like that in my life.

IDK maybe that's how Pica sounds but she pretends she can't talk around humans.

I like the way both of them say "robits" ... this seems to be going away. But it was common in US English a generation ago.
