These photos are of me and my wife in front of our home, which was destroyed before we could live in it.
I was preparing it before our wedding to be the start of a simple, warm life,
but the dream ended before it began, and the house turned into rubble.
We asked for nothing more than a basic right: a home to be together and safety to live in,
and we still believe that what was destroyed can be rebuilt.
