Description: In the video a woman sees her cat on a high window across from an indoor balcony. She is able to climb over the rail to save the cat: she manages to pick it up and return it to the balcony. But it's very precarious and dangerous.
The cat jumps right back over to the widow with ease as soon as she puts it down.
