it's the pinout of an AM4 CPU. Note how many ground and voltage pins there are, and also how the CPU has USB pins and even SATA pins built-in.
it'll never not be funny to me that we still call these things CPUs even though it doesn't just contain the entire northbridge (memory controller), but also parts of the southbridge (USB, Sata), and even sometimes a GPU, as well as an entire ARM core dedicated to management and security processes.
