I have bought, as a consumer, something from an online shop in the EU.

Thanks to Brexit (bah), this is now harder than it needs to be.

UPS has asked me for "an import licence / clearance".

They have not supplied a standard form document.

I am a consumer, purchasing less than £30 worth of stuff.

@neil@mastodon.neilzone.co.uk I thought purchases under 150 GBP (or EUR?) were exempt from customs. Though the declaration still needs to be filled out properly by the seller. Perhaps they failed to do that.
