@tommi@pan.rent let's try and isolate the issue: unplug everything and connect it directly to the power supply (no UPS in the middle).
Try to power it on and see what's happening (maybe it does not see any bootable devices and keeps rebooting itself).
After that try to connect a monitor and a keyboard and enter the BIOS.
After that, it's time for a USB live stick.

@ed@livellosegreto.it It keeps happening even with no UPS in the middle and all external devices unplugged. I wish I could at least see the BIOS, but I cannot get to it!
