The funny part is trying to get people to understand all this shit, about the relationship between (then) nascent fascist movements in the Pig Empire, fossil fuels, billionaire cultists, was problematic because to people who don't understand how capitalism works it all sounded like a conspiracy theory.
It's less hard now because Trump just more or less admits he's working for billionaires to kill you and it's all about oil.
