I used Majani cocoa expired 2017 yesterday and worth of a very good chocolate ( milk of course must be very fat and fresh:)) )

@cerchio@mastodon.bida.im Great to hear! I often use things beyond expiry date but only short time. It was a real surprise after one year. The cocoa was kept very cool and absolutely dry. And it's extra delicious when I look at the price now. In France, it has become luxury.

Many others can go beyond:
Spaghetti and pasta,canned tomato,mustard, James,dried beans and so on

@cerchio@mastodon.bida.im yes. In France, we have a different date for dry products, the "best before". Some products even have no date, you only check them, like sugar, salt, coffee beans, bread, fruits and vegetables.
