I have been a little checked out of uspol for a while. I still am but stuff gets through the filters despite my best efforts.
And listen, if you are all in on everything, and you know everything about everything, and you are prescient, and you have a PHD in political science then this post is not for you... I'm not gonna say anything new. Move on, I don't need or care about "I knew that!", replies.
Anyways...
With everything that has come out of the Epstein files... I have been kinda ...

Trying to revisit in my mind all the accusations I half remember from pizzagate. Becuase every accusation is also a confession with these people, right?
And mind you, I'm not saying that anyone named in the files is innocent, just because they were used to misdirect and misinform before the content of the files became known.
But it seems to me these people have no creativity. So, of course, their mouth can only speak about what's hidden in their heart.
Also, also... Something I find...

DEEPLY interesting is that the FBI really WAS investigating these people and knew about a lot of this stuff.
And I realize now... That all the small "micro"-aggressions against the FBI that have been happening for years now... Are also part of the same/parallel misinfo/misdirection campaigns.
And it seems to me even a seemingly innocuous thing like putting someone totally unqualified as head of FBI is all part serves to undermine it. (Not saying that FBI is "good" either.)

And so it seems to me, "they" ---you know, rich people--- have been building a massive wall of misinfo and deniability and I wonder if Trump isn't the president not just to make the rich richer but to see to it these people do not face justice and don't get held accountable for their actions.
It feels childish to make a case for a conspiracy this crude, but then again these people aren't really the pinnacle of sophistication.
And next I'm gonna go into unpopular opinion for sure...

as much as the people at the top, which we know can't be all that good if they are currently at the top, are revealed to be bad...
I think it says a lot more about the people at the bottom. You and me. Our neighbors and loved ones.
Our continued inaction to remove these criminals from power enables them.
And I know, there resistance, and marches. I know people can't just up and stop making money and starve. I'm not trying to point the finger.

And I can't provide answers or solutions.
And much MUCH respect to the people that are doing something, putting their life and livelihood on the line.
But I wish there were more, a movement so massive these criminals were even more publicly afraid to show up anywhere.
...
I don't know, but the future doesn't feel great to me if 2026 is just another repeat of what has happened so far in 2025.
