Just so we're clear - I would fire every troop. I do not love "da troops," don't think we should have any, and find the military worship that has permeated our society post-Vietnam (fueled no doubt by numerous movies teaching your kids to sympathize with veterans who make their living shooting brown kids for oil companies) is so Starship Troopers it makes my head spin.

I do not care. I DO care that a fascist is trying to bribe the military so he can go full Hitler on the population.

(The fact that he's kinda bad at it, or too cheap and careless to bribe them properly, is of course a boon for those of us who don't want well, that Hitler thing. But that doesn't change that what he is trying to do is bribe the military to ignore the constitution and use them on his own people - namely Americans.)
