The cold causes muscles to contract and tighten, increasing pressure on the nerves near the damaged cartilage and reducing blood flow to the affected areas, thus increasing pain and stiffness. The cold may also increase inflammation around the slipped disc, leading to more pain and difficulty moving. Please, his body is exhausted; he can't move. There's no treatment, no electricity, no heating, not even blankets are enough. His muscles are contracting; he can't move. 😢

. He needs surgery, but we don't have the money, and it would be best to have it done outside Gaza for fear of its failure. Currently, he relies on painkillers, injections, and physical therapy (exercises). I need your support to help us purchase his medication. He needs $100 to $200 per week, and each injection costs $25 daily.
