Brey, these are the same people that told you Cuba was using mutant super crickets that cause brain damage on our spies with a straight face and even paid out medical claims on that bullshit. These are the same folks who tried to drum up an anti-vax movement in China to protect American pharma corp interests during a global plague. I am not inclined to take the word of American Intelligence agencies on who is or isn't "a really bad guy."
