Fabric glue, fancy tape, or something else? Delaminated in the dryer despite being on the "safe for waterproof outdoor gear" setting.

Waterproof jacket with a chest pocket peeling off after going through the dryer. It had been sealed on with some kind of tape for a nice waterproof seal.
