I painted this one on a phone at the hospital, when I got diagnosed with mine.
I was coming to terms with having to spend long periods of time in bed, not being able to paint and sculpt metal and stone like i used to, so I decided that at least I could use my phone to keep playing with colour and shape. That's how my pixel art thing started.

Pixel art based on a real photo taken by a friend in Madrid. A guy in a Kermit the frog costume, possible taking a break from a job, sits on a park bench. He looks sad and tired, which contrasts with his costume. The pixel style simplifyes the scene, but it's close to the real one, with autumn trees in the background and low sunlight casting shadows over the yellow earthy ground. Anonymous people walk by.
