A tweet from Kareem criticizes the New York Post’s choice of image, noting that if they want to argue that “hating cars is bad,” they probably shouldn’t use a photo showing an ambulance stuck in traffic. When an ambulance needs to pass through a street in Spain, cars automatically move out of the way. It doesn't matter if they have to drive onto the sidewalk or across a street going the wrong way. Delaying an ambulance could mean someone dies. Seeing an ambulance stuck in traffic is the greatest symbol of selfishness and self-centeredness imaginable.
